Free Needs analysis
Understanding your needs are paramount to a
successful Light bulb session. In this free needs analysis we
get clear on the following:
- Background & drivers for the session
- Context
- Outcomes
- Success measures
- Logistics
Proposal & Agenda
To confirm your needs can be met, we'll create
a proposal for the Light bulb Session summarising your outcomes
and detailing the session agenda. Once approved we move in to
delivery mode.
The Session
Sessions will run according to your needs,
however most session will include the following:

- Next Steps
- Debrief on outcomes
Follow-Up
Included in full-day Light bulb Sessions is
a follow-up session two to four weeks later. This follow-up session
is designed to support progress, cement initial insights and identify
further steps.
